3.2 Students must behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students, and staff. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

3.3 The use of mobile phones or any other electronic devices during class is not permitted unless required for educational purposes.

4. Study Materials and Intellectual Property
4.1 All study materials provided by Econeeti, including notes, handouts, digital resources, and online content, are the intellectual property of the coaching center and are provided for personal use only.

4.2 Students are prohibited from sharing, copying, distributing, or reproducing any of the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Econeeti.

4.3 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Online and Digital Services
5.1 If any of our courses or materials are provided online, you agree to use them only for personal, educational purposes. Unauthorized sharing or duplication of online resources is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Access to online classes may require internet connectivity, and the coaching center is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by students’ hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues.

6. Attendance and Cancellation Policy

9. Code of Conduct for Students
9.1 Students are expected to maintain discipline both in physical classrooms and online sessions. Failure to comply with instructions from faculty members may result in disciplinary action.

9.2 Plagiarism and academic dishonesty in any form will not be tolerated. Students caught cheating will face consequences, including potential expulsion.

10. Governing Law
